Commander Deck Reviews / HELP! My Instants and Sorceries Deck Needs a Rework!

My Veyran, Voice of Duality deck doesn't perform as well as it needs to. I don't know what to replace, but I have a general feeling that I need more card draw to get to my other stuff faster while still getting spell triggers. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I need to upgrade this deck since it never seems to perform well in my group :'( However, I don't know where to take it. Any suggestions on budget upgrades to make the deck more focused/perform better?
