[es] Solicitud de revisión de Mazos / [Modern] Ixidron GUB
« on: August 12, 2016, 08:56:54 pm »
Please, I'd like some feed back in this deck: Ixidron GUB

The idea is simple: try to cast creatures for their morph cost so you benefit from the triggered abilities. Besideas, an Ixidron can get things interesting, turning everyone face-down, allowing you to re morph them and get new triggers  8)
I still have to build this deck so I can test it for real, but that's the idea.

Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks  :)

How about this low budget white winnie for modern? Any suggestions are welcome

White Winnie Heroic Soldiers

The idea is simple. Populate the battlefield and pump them with the phalanx.

I like the Bandage's because you can use them to trigger heroic, or even cycle them if needed, or in fewer cases actually save a creature.

The Field Marshal is there just because I have it and they are all soldiers (except the falcons) but he could easily go away.

White Winnie Heroic Soldiers

I'm trying to build a low budget modern deck, and the theme is heroic soldiers. The idea is simple, cast your buddies, pump them with the phalanx and hit. What do you think? Suggestions?

Deck Reviews / [Modern] Emrakul reanimated

Emrakul reanimated

Dig for Makeshift Mannequin and a fellow to reanimate, then do the thing and be happy. For the ones who shuffle themselves you must cast the Mannequin in response to that trigger.

It might not win the day, but it will shake things up a bit

Deck Reviews / Modern polymorph combo
« on: July 13, 2015, 03:52:40 am »
Hi, I'm thinking about jumping into the modern family, and I don't want to spend much money (and I already have an Emrakul that I can't use in commander). So, inspired in a Treasure Zombie combo deck I saw in this site (Treasure Hunt + Zombie Infestation + lots of lands), I adjusted it to include this combo as a secondary win condition, and then took the zombie part away. So this is what it turned out:

I don't pretend to win any tournament, so it doesn't need perfection, but if you give me some feedback it would be great :)

By the way, I have one Tolaria West that I could add, but it delays the combo to turn 5 (since you transmute it in turn 3 and the garden enters tapped).

Deckstats Feedback / A couple of suggestions/requests
« on: July 11, 2015, 02:09:27 am »
Hi, I love the site, I've been using it since last year and it's great. It's a very useful toolkit, and as always the more we get the more we want :P

I'd find it handy if there was a way to customize the graph of the mana distribution for different types. It has the different colors but there are some creatures I don't want to curve (a Bone Shredder or Seht's Tiger for instance), while some sorceries and/or instants I do (Harrow, Rampant Growth). Some enchantments I would like to curve (like Glorious Anthem) and others not (like Journey to Nowhere).

In the other hand, when I build something that tends to control, I like to see the options I have to play as instants when I kept mana for counters or something and finally didn't use them (instants (doh), things with flash, or things with abilities that I can activate at the end of my opponent's turn)

Anyway, it's a great site and I like it a lot whether you accept my suggestions or not

Cheers and thanks a lot :)
