I would recommend sticking to Akiri, Fearless Voyager or Wyleth, Soul of Steel - they both provide card draw, which is notoriously something that boros colors struggle to do.
Moreover, I would also recommend Legion's Initiative and Promise of Tomorrow: two cards that are really going to help you fight board wipes.

The deck looks pretty stout to me, reliable, and easy to drive into combo direction.
I don't know the current meta well, but doesn't Arasta of the Endless Web belong more to the sideboard? I'd of course keep playing that in the 60s on a best-of-one match though.

I've always wanted to do something like this but never knew how to pull this off. This deck would be really fun to play. I don't know about your budget but If your budget would allow it but if your able to afford it then id run emrakul the promised end all you would need is one changling in your graveyard and then you could cast emrakul the promised end for free.

Unfortunately, it won't work. Emrakul's cost is reduced by card types, not creature types.
Copypasted from the official gatherer: "The card types that could appear in your graveyard are artifact, creature, enchantment, instant, land, planeswalker, sorcery, and tribal (a card type that appears on some older cards). Supertypes (such as legendary and basic) and subtypes (such as Human and Equipment) are not counted. The maximum discount that Emrakul’s own ability can provide is 8".

Nice question!
I remember opening my very first intro pack with a foil Butcher of Malakir as deck rare, it was a joy.
Then I moved on and cracked the pack which came with the deck, pulling a mono-green Omnath, Locus of Mana! unfortunately, back in the days, I didn't play anything besides black + didn't actually understand the card, so I traded it for a sh!tton of other cards.

It isn't even my biggest MtG-related regret...

Akiri can provide card draw, which is essential in a Boros EDH.
I would personally recommend her as commander, Zirda in the 99, and putting fewer lands (35 seems enough for a medium-low CMC deck, maybe throw some rocks in to cover the mana shortage).

Immagino che l'obiettivo del deck sia menare con tante creature volanti e guadagnare vita nel frattempo.
Purtroppo nel meta corrente le due cose sono un po' difficili da conciliare, quindi come prima cosa di consiglio di scegliere su quale dei due aspetti preferisci concentrarti.

Hi! First of all check the legality of your cards, as some of them are not legal in standard.
When creating a deck, you can check which cards are legal by setting "standard" in the top left part of the screen (Legality).
Secondly, bear in mind that when playing any non-commander format you don't want to have more than 60 cards in your deck, and about 22-24 lands.
