All of the fetching will ensure I have forests to use Utopia Sprawl on. The combo is meant to give more room for abusing highly effective mill and removing permanent spells. I've played the Dimir version of this deck quite a bit, and it's effective, but the real problem with it is that it has highly effective spells, and not enough consistent mana open to abuse them. Modern is a really powerful format and I found that the dimir build just wasn't powerful or strong enough for Modern.

I get some additional mana fixing with Chromatic Sphere, but I hear you. Still playtesting how prevalent the green mana source is to find out if I need to take out an Eldrazi Temple.

I like the Amass idea, but you run a lot of high cost cards with only 20 lands. I think you need at least 24 lands.
