Im looking for some good deck ideas, what i would like to do is use creatures to bring the opponents life down but also buff my creatures up. One creature i need to have in this deck is the delver of secrets i need combinations to buff my creatures and also some counter spells, any ideas?

So I'm new to Magic and i just want a review of this burn deck i made. My goal was to stay away from having a lot of creatures and keep it under twenty dollars. Any feedback is welcome and much appreciated. Here is the link to the deck.
