This is a sweet budget build! In my opinion, you have too many blink cards and not enough ETB effects. I would go full 4 wall of omens, add a playset of watcher of tomorrow, add a venser or two, and then cut momentary blink, cloudshift, and wing splicer. You also may want a removal option of sorts. Venser will be a start but maybe some sort of bounce ETB like reflector mage or something like path to exile or oust would do you some good.

Don’t put Obosh in the main board. It’s a 5 drop and you’re never going to need more than one of them a game. Use the two slots for something better.

Sorry one more thing from me. I notice you are playing immobilizer eldrazi, and that you are playing glorybringer over reality smasher. I assume this is because GB removes stuff as it attacks. If that is indeed your reasoning, might I suggest replacing immobilizer with eldrazi obligator? Having played a similar build to this myself with decent success, I can say that card is amazing. When you cast it full cost, it is a body, removal, card advantage, and damage all in one turn. It’s also just a hasty three drop.

You don’t need to play woodland cemetery in this deck. You’re only black MB card is a single pip on constrictor. It’s much more likely that all your non-forest dual lands will just make cemetery enter tapped when you needed it most than that you can’t play constrictor and you loose the game

Why no altar of dimentia. You’ve got a lot of redundant persist creatures and -1 removers but only one sack outlet

Some early game discard spells would synergize will with liliana is the veil and teferi, time raveler, as well as a good opener for a super friends plan in general. Also, new ashiok seems more like a sideboard card
