to keep it budgeted run battlefield forge It's like a dollar and its an untapped source vs a tapped land. plus you gain life so using it isn't that big of a deal. then add bolt which are cheap and even path to exile are like a buck these days. so just adding the better removal plus an untapped land will win you more games. then you can run cards like battlefield raptor over hovermyr for aggressive purposes
check this list out its old so it will need a few improvements but essentially mission briefing is 2 mana make your opponent mill an extra 13 off of trap. 26 cards on t2 is pretty insane
