The reason for that spell instead of the others is the goal is to get rid of Induced Amnesia when I decide it's time.  By returning it to my hand all the exiled cards remain in exile.  Which means I can build up a large pile of exiled cards by simply returning it to my hand.  The only time they return to the owners hand is when it goes from the battlefield to the grave.  Since sac-ing an enchantment is part of the casting cost, it can't be stopped.

The goal here is using Mechanized Production to create copies of Primal Amulet as a potential win, while creating copies of Skyship Plunderer via Tilonalli's Skinshifter and Vizier of Many Faces to dump counters on Primal Amulets in order to flip them and hammer down with copies of direct damage spells.  Just gimme some feedback, the current avg is 3.6 and I'm not entirely happy....
