I run two very similar decks, both regularly beat more high powered decks. Collected Company is a staple in one of the decks. Also, consider taking a look at the following creatures; Ondu Cleric (not a human, but an Ally who'll boost you life total like crazy), Champion of the Parish (not an Ally, but it's a 1 drop that powers up and works well with all the Humans you have), a combo of Makindi Patrol and Hero of Goma Fada (give your Allies vigilance and indestructible), and think about putting a Gideon, Ally of Zendikar in there too. Overall, love your deck, looking to put some Hardened Scales and Harabaz Druids in mine as well.
