I will change all creature in palladium myr and use only walking balista and blinkmoth nexus as finishers

Training Grounds allows to activate Voltaic Construct ‘s ability paying 0 mana (2 mana less), so you can tap and untap your myr as times as you want. ;D

Infinite Mana Combo Artifact

The aim of this deck is to play both Voltaic Construct and Training Grounds in order to trigger a infinite mana combo by tapping and untapping Silver Myr, Iron Myr, Blinkmoth Nexus or Inkmoth Nexus. Fireball, Banefire, Increasing Confusion (also Blinkmoth Nexus) are used as finishers.
 Dizzy Spell is useful because adds Training Grounds to your hand. Fabricate adds to your hand all you need and Merchant Scroll finds Dizzy Spell or finishers by Epiphany at the Drownyard.

I like restore balance...but with only 12 lands you probably have a mulligan several times. It is slow in the first turns..... but i like it ;)

ah ok.. you should remove dragonstorm because is very difficoult to play it. You can add some signet (simic signet, izzet signet ...), they are useful and cheap. A lot of players use dragon tyrant in this decks to deal a lot of damage by tapping "R". You can also add Clockwork dragon to get your commander stronger.

if you want, there are a lot of blu cheap cards like ponder, brainstorm,telling time.

Quicksilver amulet is an alternative to dragon arch, but you can play both.

if you want to use skyshroud, you ought to add some cards like stomping ground, steam vents and so.
