Hi, here my recomendations:
1. Normally is better to have only 60 cards, to make more easy to get the bests cards. And, is better to have 4 copies of few cards that have 1-2 copies of many cards because is make more easy for you to
predict what cards come next and makes more clear what is your stategy.
2. I think is better eliminate the white part of the deck and focus only in green/red. Because your white cards don´t make a great contribution to the deck and can cause you mana problems.
3. About the question if you have to many spells it depends of what strategy are you planing.
If you are planning to make a Aggro red/green deck you need to have many cheap creatures and spells that make bigger that creatures like
Giant Growth and
Forced Adaptation.
Or you can make a
burn deck that consist in have many red spells that deals direct damage like Homing Lighting,
Electrickery and
Punish the enemy and few green creatures that help you to defense against the opponent and generate mana.
In other words I think you are try to implement to many different strategies in one deck, and is better to focus in only one.
