Sarkhan's Burning Bois (Red/Black Unsealing Shenanigans)

Survive until you get to Sarkhan's Unsealing, then burn your opponent to death with cheap creatures that have insane Power. You could also just kill them with Fling, but that's boring. :/

slumber dragon has a sweet interaction with Shapesharer, but more importantly, it deters the opponent from attacking.

Modern Tiny Dragons (Semi-Budget)

Changelings are dragons. Dragon spells are cool. Changeling spells are cool. B) Make all the small changeling dudes enormous and tough with your inherent dragon synergies. Then, make your opponent bolt themselves every time they kill one with Thunderbreak Regent. This deck was inspired by Forest Bear Studios latest video. Check em out on YouTubes. <3

could you maybe do a version of this deck post rotation? Thud is just a one mana Fling at sorcery speed. I think we'll have to play more Yargles. i'm just unsure what replaces some of the other cards.

thx. let me know if there's any changes you can make. i found the majority of the time i was killing my opponent by turn 4, which goes faster than most combo decks ive seen.

Mono Black Torgaar Devotion

This deck is about the same as my other mono black deck, only this deck wants to win with Gray Merchant and Phyrexian Obliterator. Not quite as budget, but definitely just as, if not more powerful.

i'd definitely add in a Gruun or two. If you kick him he can get an instant kill with Fling and Thud.

Insanely Budget Modern Mono Black Combo Deck

Kill the opponent as fast as possible (optimally by turn 4) with the help of Torgaar, Famine Incarnate and a slew of draining effects on cheap creatures. Either win with Rite of Consumption, or by using Isareth to recur enough creatures to kill your opponent with drain effects. Best part? Whole deck is like, 40 bucks.
