Hi! I see you're trying to make a deck around big, hasty dragons that can hit the opponent's face asap.
I like the idea, here's what I suggest:
- remove Sorin, Solemn Visitor. You already have a solid 4 mana drop, plus it does not provide you with anything your deck really needs (you'd want Soulfire Grand Master for lifegain).
- remove Goblin Rabblemaster. There's plenty of nice dragon themed cards in modern (i.e. Dragonlord's Servant, Dragonspeaker Shaman).
- finally, you should add some card draw. red really has a lot of budget options (i.e. Thrill of Possibility) that should do.

Playing Rakdos aggro for quite a while. I would only suggest you add a few removals to cope with the huge creatures dropped by a Simic ramp (Hydroid Krasis, for instance) or OTK maneuvers of a monoR cavalcade.

Nice deck! I would recommend adding a Temporal extortion though since you can cast it for "free" trading life with the opponent.

I'd recommend less Time Wipe and more Kaya's Wrath, so you can cycle your enchantment creatures created w/ Dance of the Manse.

MonteTribal it's actually the same in this deck, but the former triggers Heroic.
Also this deck does not have any heroic cards in it so it's really the same, but I just felt like pointing it out.

I've been playing Estrid for a year or so now, and based on my EDH experience you should include Omniscience no matter what build you're doing. That card wins you half of the matches alone.

Deck seems nice but Risk Factor loses the Jump-Start advantage if put in the command zone. I'd consider another spell maybe.

Yes, Oathbreaker format needs a Planeswalker as commander.
