This looks like a good start, but I would advise cutting Bloodmad Vampire and Stensia Masquerade. Bloodmad can get chump blocked and killed, which is extremely poor value for 3 mana (even if you cast it for madness, it's still not good . . at all) and the masquerade does nothing on it's own, which is downright bad. Lightning Axe into Alms of the Vein is golden though, I'm running 4 of each in my deck and it's worked out wonderfully. Take a gander; http://deckstats.net/decks/13446/459802-vampiric-madness/en

Thanks for the discussion! This is just a casual deck I play for table top magic. Not trying to spend any money really, just working with what I have. I really wish Fireball had Delve though. >

Also Ordeals + Heroic is wonderful. I'd run 4 of each, especially since you have Hero of Iroas.

That Hero of Iroas is a million times better than Akroan Skyguard. Daxos is just taking space, you should take them out for two more Fabled Hero. Aqueous Form on Fabled Hero is just nasty; your opponent will be forced to answer it or die.

Rush of Battle is way more powerful than it looks. I run it in my Mardu Warriors deck and it consistently turns the tide for me, frequently averaging 12 - 15 lifelink damage by turn 4 or 5.
