Thank you so much, man!! XD I've been trying to find a way to break into Standard that wouldn't break the bank, and I also love U/W. So this is basically a dream come true. The idea is unique and interesting, and you're right- no-one expects the U/W Mill. XD

Nice deck! If I could make a suggestion though, I feel like it could be worth maining some Firedrinker Satyrs as opposed to the Hoplites. I can see why they're there, but the Satyr is really good. XD I'd also consider putting in a break through the lines, just to give a little bit of late game bombing and get that last little bit of damage in. XD

Love the idea!! Although if you want to use Manifest, I'd maybe consider a Lens of Clarity or two, even in the Sideboard. I mean, no harm in taking a little bit more control of a situation!

Not sure if it'd be synergistic at all, but have you considered Rise of the Hobgoblins?? Very powerful card, and 1 mana to give everything first strike isn't that much to ask.

I'll consider removing the Hall, definitely. As for the Forges, Alesha was actually in here at one point, but I found it difficult to get to two white mana with the four Forges, so I removed her; guess I just forgot to take them out as well. Might put her in the side, though.

Like the deck! If you could manage to ramp the extra couple of mana, it might be worth trying out a few Pathrazer of Ulamogs in the deck. Still dirt cheap to get, and for 11, you get an extra annihilator and serious evasion.

Read the card text. It says that "a deck can have any number of cards called Relentless Rats". Not "a standard deck". You're right- generally you can only have one of a card in an EDH deck. But the card text sort of supersedes the general rule. :-)

Nice deck. :-) I might consider adding a Spear of Heliod (to deal with tramplers in the early game), and if you're going to use Conspiracy, maybe a couple of Intangible Virtues wouldn't go astray. Finally, because you have no real artifact creatures, the Tombs of the Spirit Dragon don't really have that much of a purpose; maybe switch them out for some Orzhov Guildgates (or the new life-gain lands) to keep your mana more versatile?? All just suggestions of course, in the middle of making a standard Abzan deck myself, so it's interesting to see another perspective. :-)
