I can justify the $25 for Nicol Bolas, the Ravager // Nicol Bolas, the Arisen but even broken cards like Doubling Season should NOT be that expensive. Sure, your planeswalkers gain twice as much loyalty and putting it in a deck that utilizes +1/+1 counters would break the game, but I would rather try to get lucky, not buy just the one card for $70.
I like dragons, but you simply have too many, and not enough lands, sorceries/instants/enchantments, or artifacts to have this as a truly functioning deck.
I definitely think that Yidaro, Wandering Monster deserves a spot. With a cycling ability that allows him to be put back into your library, this alone makes him a decent card. But even better, cycling him four times just puts him right back onto the battlefield after you cycle him. Add some nice 8/8 stats, along with haste and trample, and you have a powerful creature PLUS a way to pay two mana for a new, cheaper card.
