Standard is my Jam. right now your deck seems way to inconstant.
When playing grull standard you relly gotta use atarka command. It ramp and damage. Your creatures should be mana dorks and fatties. Narrow down your card selection to about 14 diff cards
When playing standard you are screwed without fixes unless playing mono. Your fatties should have trample and you dont really need enchantments in the deck.

I would add more target spells. you have 11 instances of it. but only 7 spells. 11 seems like a lot but in heroic you want a lot. In my opinion the bloodgift demon isnt necessary. you should maybe trade that for some more instances of target. With this deck i would exchange the bloodgift for Touch of Moonglove. That card will win a lot of the game. lets say skyguard is huge. they have some stuff the can throw under it. then touch of monglove they take a lot more and akroan gets bigger.

Kemba isnt a very useful edition. And 6 forests is to little if you have a card that requires 3 green to be played. The deck has a lot of potential. Also having that many ajani seem foolish and unnecassary.

17 lands in a 60card deck is ew. You need more. The urza shit might be synergistic but you arent going to get your stuff out when the only ramp you have is from a myr. There need to be some colorless support in there to make the deck flow better. With a CMC of over 5 this deck will most likely lose by then. Even if you play a urza land each turn you can only get 9 mana at turn 4. Most decks in the format would have your burned to death by then.

This is suppose to be a Creature heavy deck through your spells that summon creatures. You didnt have much in there. Boros is an army of fodder.

You will be dead by the time you can use this
essentially youd need all your land out so you dont get screwed by your sphinx
and you need to have it out to use it. turn 6 in any format is a hard thing to stay alive with with no counter or flying spells. You will lose. get rid of the Shadowborn Apostle and fill it with a bunch of counter spells. If you want to pull off your combo you can and you still have useful cards to stay alive that long.

Calm down. It's ok. Just run some serious shit like mardu scout. and goblin heelcutter. they are amazing. this deck seems pretty solid. if you want some amazing stuff as well run Mardu Shadowspear. I personally dont like Butcher of the horder but you seems to have a good set up for it.
