Also... Angelic Purge asks you sacrifice as part of it's costs, so regardless if its been countered the permanent is still sacrificed ;)

Not necessarily, once you get an angelic pact down it's in play, so you can always trigger the ability to sack the Pact. Atleast early days, since you will see more aggro until probably after the PT, this kind of build could work. Post side against a blue deck, you can replace with Gideons from SB... the deck needs work and it's a test build from Kenji (Hareruyamtg)

With fetches you can fetch for the Shocklands. Even though you take 3 damage in total (if you decide for it to come in untapped) being an infect deck, and considering if you're up past turn 4 still you've lost, the damage you take initially isn't a bother. with a single fetch you can fetch either the Overgrown tomb or the Breeding Pool (as they're both each basic land type) depending on what you have in hand.

If you're going to Mill I would suggest Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver, atleast 2.

Will help with the milling for just 3 mana which once played boost your loyalty to 5, so it's pretty stable, it helps with the mill and allows ou to play one of your opponents creatures should you exile one with it.
