Buenas, tengo la duda de si un Panharmonicon se activaria con la habilidad del Soulherder estando los dos en mesa o si es solamente cuando entran al campo y no con blinkeos y exilios

Thx 4 ur comments guys, Im gonna upgrade it with x1 Panharmonicon ,  and maybe x3 Stonehorn Dignitary and x3 rest in peace for the sideboard or just better a x3 Counterspell ?
Should I go with 2x Barrin, Tolarian Archmage and 2x Restoration Angel instead of x4 Restoration Angel ?

x4 Hallowed Fountain and x4 Flooded Strand looks so good, maybe next investment... but replace it for the x4 Port Town ? or for regular mana
Maybe move x1 Conjurer's Closet to the main deck?
