So, I like the deck idea. But technically in Commander you can't have any card outside your Commander's color identity. That means no basic lands, no lands that produce (in your case) any color of mana, no creatures that have colored mana abilities or generation. So Tree of Tales and the other color producing artifact lands can't be in. Silver Myr and it's colored brothers can't be in. Since you aren't allowed to produce colored mana even if you find a way to, things with Sunburst like Suntouched Myr are useless, and Alloy Myr is pretty expensive since it only makes a colorless. Also, you have two Eldrazi Conscriptions in, which doesn't work. But I like the concept, keep going!

Want to reduce land count by 3-5. Searing Wind is probably too high of a cost. Reverberate, Wild Richochet, Reiterate all good options.

Good point on the white cost, I hadn't thought of that. I'm fine with big decks, one of my favorites is over 600 cards. I was just noticing that your mana sources are over 40%, which is a lot even in 5 color. I like the idea of your deck and hope that it's fun to play.

Couple of thoughts: this deck is going to run slow, which is fine, but probably means Fuel for the Cause is going to sit in your hand doing nothing. How often are you going to save 2UU when you could be leveling guys up? Also, with over 80 cards and 42 land, I would suggest cutting one of each guildgate. You could probably cut Gruul Guildgate by 2 if you wanted to try to fix your mana towards blue a little more.

Not sure where to cut for these, or if you would just add them, but Enclave Cryptologist and Student of Warfare are some good. Good luck!

I don't understand why you're running green. Is it for Descendant's Path? Otherwise you're basically in a color that does nothing for you. Maybe add Sigarda, Host of Herons if you're sure you want green?

There are a number of concerns with her still, particularly her getting stuck on the board after tapping. As she is Legendary, you can't just play another. You might consider some kind of repeatable untap effect. Ral Zarek is outside your colors, but you could probably manage Venser, the Sojourner who effectively untaps her and is also a good way to effectively boost your life total when the opponent commits resources to attacking him.

Other things in no particular order: Captivating Vampire synergizes with Beguiler of Wills if you're making tons of vampires (via Bloodline Keeper or Sorin, Lord of Innistrad, or Skeletal Vampire, who is bad). Cytoplast Manipulator and Simic Manipulator are good thieves if you can run the deck to work with +1/+1 counters (proliferate would work with the Planeswalkers mentioned too).

A lot of those things also interact with Rings and Elixir like you wanted; Planeswalkers are really good to ability-copy, as are the token generators.

Merieke Ri Berit is just a poor card. Your idea is fun, but that card is just bad. Beguiled of Wills, Callous Oppressor, Preacher, Riptide Entrancer, Roil Elemental, Rubinia Soulsinger, Sower of Temptation, Thalakos Deceiver, plus many other noncreature methods like Control Magic do this better. Empress Galina makes a pretty good choice as a Commander even.

I've tried playing Merieke Ri Berit, and she is just no good. She has no way to untap herself, no protection other than being black, and you can't play multiples of her. But winning with opponent's creatures is a fun (for you) concept. Good luck.

Sundering Titan is banned in Commander. If someone answers Karn, Silver Golem with Faith's Fetters, Chaos Warp, or anything else that shuts off his ability or puts him in your library, you will never have creatures. Might want to up the creature count a little. Wurmcoil Engine is good, I hear.

As much as I hate it, Liliana's Caress is in most cases straight up better than Megrim. However, you have so little discard it is almost always a worthless draw with this build. Similarly, Paranoid Delusions is only ever useful with your Deathcult Rogue. Much too specific. Maybe Glimpse the Unthinkable? Either way, you've got a huge gap with no four costs and no three costs (assuming you either swap Megrim for Liliana's Caress or drop the discard damage angle entirely). Consult the Necrosages is versatile and helps if you want to keep the discard angle, it also costs three.

I would cut down Haunting Echoes, Monomania and Traumatize to no more than two of each and add card draw, creature removal or countermagic, depending on he types of decks you play against. Good luck!
