It depends!!! Your deck is not good rigth now.
First you need a strategie. Then find the best cards for that strategie.
Decide what format you wanna play... I guess you wanna play standard

You don't play Abzan for a +1/+1 counter deck!

This is a Abzan deck

Fleecemane Lion
Rakshasa Deathdealer
Siege Rhino
Wingmate Roc
Courser of Kruphix
Anafenza, the Foremost
Tasigur, the Golden Fang
Abzan Charm
Bile Blight
Hero's Downfall
Thoughtseize

You mixed a counter deck with a abzan deck. Here are some mistakes
Collected Company + Siege Rhino (bad combo decide for one card!)

Undercity Troll Citadel Castellan Topan Freeblade are bad there are much better cards like Managorger Hydra.
But first decide if you wanna play a counters deck or NOT
you need good removals, protection, draw, strong creatures
Servant of the Scale + Avatar of the Resolute and synergie
I already gave you some advise for a deck with counters

I added some new card to the Angel Control Deck. Thanks for your post. I still think about the blue splash

Cavern of Souls is very expansiv but against blue Control important... I couln't affort it

hi

I can't see the strategie in this deck even it is the first thing you need for a deck. You can build a tribal elf deck for example

For a Commander Deck it can be a good start but you need 100 cards and a commander. For other formats you need more cards of one kind to improve your synagy.

Hi,
I just tryed out your deck. I noticed that your deck got a mana problem.
You have got a 65% chance to have one black mana in your 4th turn. So i would remove haro's Downfall from your deck! Furthermore you should add more lands producing black mana.
Anafenza, the Foremost and Abzan Ascendancy would be good for your deck.
In my Opinion the creatures with the renown effect are rather week.

If you wanna try a Deck with just 2 Types of mana, here is a short idea for a slightly different deck

Hi this are my thoughts about the deck. I put in a few cards:
Inspiring Call for a card draw and its ability to protect your card. You will always play this card in your opponents turn even you just wanna draw cards or after he declared his blockers in your attack step.
Dromoka's Command it is good in several situations. Against red decks, enchantment decks and it can destroy a creature and put a counter on one of your creatures.
Scale Blessing you might not wanna put this card in your deck. I think it is optional
Hardened Scales take care it is a replacement effect!

Servant of the Scale this is one of the Key Cards. It works quite well with the Avatar of the Resolute and Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit
