Thank you for the quick response\fix!

It's one of the reasons I like coming here to brew.

Deckstats Feedback / Wrong Mana Symbols

I'm getting a weird bug when trying to build decks\view my collection.  It is showing Black Phyrexian mana symbols for all symbols.

You are going to get the wrong people looking at this, because you marked it a standard deck, but it is using cards only legal in legacy.

Are you looking for help in building something that plays like this in standard, or are you looking to tweak it for legacy?

This is super low curve. How are you going to win? Lone rider needs multiple equipments to be able to transform itself, since there is no other life gain. You might want to add the lifelink flying dwarf from KLD to make sure you flip Rider. Maybe add some red card draw, either reunion or tormenting voice so you can refill as you flood the board, because the 1-2 extra cards you get from clues is probably not enough to see it through.

Personally, I'd look at replacing Zada with Mirroring Dragon. Give a similar effect, but if  they try removal on it, it'll wipe their board.

I remember having a deck similar to this, think I had a couple Howling Mine though since you were always hellbent.  Mana Burn for the win!

No, I totally get what you are saying, but if you have 2 mana up when they cast her, they get your next turn, so you activate on the end of their turn, so you gain control before they take your turn.

I'd look at maybe cutting some of the creatures, so you can add more instants to play on your opponents turn.  Being able to cast a spell and create chump\real blockers, depending on if Docent is flipped is great, and currently you are limited on how many things you can cast on your opponent's turn.

If you are really going for the Willbreaker combo with the Eldrazi, I'd look at using Pathway Arrows.  Ping a creature for one, and you own it, if I understand how it works.  Since it is instant speed, would be awesome to steal someone's Emrakul, The Promised End, right before they take your turn, so they can't run your best creature into it.  I also like Expose Evil for that specific combo, since you'll tap two creatures, gain control of them, and get a Clue.

May want to try and fit a couple of Mirror Gallery in.  Allows more than one of each Hondon in play.

Deck Reviews / Temur Emerge
« on: August 08, 2016, 03:33:48 am »
This is a cross build of the PTEMN Temur Emerge decks.  They both seemed good, so I kind of took a cross section and then tried to fill out the deck.  Still working sideboard, and would appreciate any input!

General Magic / Re: Which decks currently use Eldrazi Displacer?

There's a pretty popularl legacy deck that uses a lot of those cards, combining them with "Sol" lands, cavern of souls, and eye of Ugin.

General Magic / Re: Way to search decks with my collection?

Hi moltern,

I have actually been working on a tool that allows you to do exactly what you're looking for: It overlaps your collection with our deck database and finds the decks that best match your collection. Unfortunately this is still in the very early phases of development, but I did just run it on your collection to see what it would give me. Here is the top 5 decks it returned:

Izzet T2 - 64.4444
Prowess Budget - 59.5238
U/R Control Aggro - 58.6957
UR Prowess Pauper - 58.6957
Storm prowess deck - 57.1429

I only looked for Standard decks updated in the last year, with at least one Like and with exactly 60 cards in the main deck. The number tells you the approximate percent overlap, excluding basic lands.

Please let me know whether this is helpful, I am very curious to hear what you think!

Nils

Been following to see if there was such a way, can't wait to see this in action!  (Sorry for the derail!)

Deck Reviews / Re: [Standard] UR Collective Sphinx

Is it just so you can cast it turn 1 or 2 and reduce Bedlam Reveler cost?  Otherwise, Magmatic Insight technically costs 1R, since you have to discard a land.

Why not ditch the Magmatic Insight and Drownyard Temple for Geier Reach Sanitarium?  Still lets you draw cards and mill, and frees up a couple of main deck slots for other relevant cards.  I know it is a symmetrical effect, but that would make each activation kind of like a mill 3 with a single Sphinx in play, though they are getting a little bit of filtering out of the deal.

I like the changes, especially not having to switch over for doing a decklist import.

Any chance of getting color filtering like on the deck search, so it would show you two colors of cards while you are building decks?
