Great! You even thought about adding rhonas for the ammit and hapatra and the scorpio with no evasion, goes off with crocodiles in general ^^ but it seems like you lack a tidy bit of removal, tormenting voice is weak now that the archfiend is gone too, and red does seems like a splash for the god in the end, perhaps more burn? glory was too intense on the red but there are cheap burn, even unlicensed disintegration isn't bad on its own, if you want some more draw the tireless tracker is the queen of green 3 drop, also makes artifacts sooooo...unlicensed gets better ^^ plague belcher is a bit 'meh' here since it has poor synergy with the deck, can only weaken your stuff with no upside while the ammit works on its own. Think it through you are on a good trail! (investigate pun intended)

Farm // market is a good removal which has the upside of digging your lategame too.

You're playing Bolas WITHOUT hour of devastation?!? That's just...sad, really saddens me as a fellow control player, you might reconsider but imo as far as grixis wrath in standard goes: Hour of devastation > sweltering suns > radiant flames > bontu's last reckoning

Do you really intend to curse yourself with the torment of scarabs just to get a repetable sac outlet for the archfiend of ifnir? If so it's nonsense, there are way better ways like noose constrictor or call the bloodline...if you intend to play it on your opponent, you should know that punisher effects are bad cards in general, you're better off playing more removal like abrade or fatal push, or add more counter synergies, since this does nothing for the deck in particular, even tenacious hunter is way better for the deck as a 4 drop than this curse! X)

Soul scar mage? Abrade? fatal push? Shock over magma spray for getting the scorpion god 'when dies draw a card' trigger and hit walkers/players too? Just naming a bunch of solid options worth considering imo, especially the soul scar mage which gives red ways to kill with withering damage, does wonders with the scorpion god and good tech with the glorybringer.
About the relentless dead do I even need to mention that the fact this is not a zombie deck made this comment irrelevant? Plus he is way too black mana intensive whereas the deck is red oriented. The jackal is here because it is a solid recursive beater on its own, and that's what the deck needs as a one drop. the only other option with two power would be the falkenrath gorger which is the worst of options as far as aggressive one drop list goes.

Dark intimations? I mean at least one for flavor! Goblin dark dwellers rotates next septemeber, maybe try to switch it to confiscation coup then! ^^ And you don't need bontu's last reckoning when you already have 4 good wrath with no downsides...

Now the deck really looks like something that could win a fnm. However you might have missed a part when you switched 2 abrade for 2 magma spray for a 4 magma spray total in MD: it has poor synergy with the scorpion god even if you have the soul scar mage, because the creature killed by spray won't "die" it will be exiled "instead of dying" so you won't draw a card from the scorpion god which specify "whenever a creature dies". Well if you knew already and you just have to deal with a lot of zombies in your playgroup then that's fine. Last but not least, you still have to work on the mana base which is quite awful right now, some blooming marsh would be vital, also add more green mana and lessen the black sources because you need green earlier than black(most of drop 3 and more have black, but you have chaneler initiate for fixing), the cycling lands Sheltered thicket are good too. Glad to have helped you someway ^^

As I already said, in the current meta with vehicles and other new powerfull artifact abrade is better main deck than cut ribbons, especially considering the fact that you have 'embedded' slow removal with your -1 counters engines so the 1 damage difference is worth the instant speed, and since you want to be aggro the ribbons half is not all that great in a 3 color deck, and again 4 blazing volley maindeck is too situational, lastly even if you want to play the scorpion god that bad a 4 of is too much since he is legendary AND recursive and hard to kill you don't want him in your hand the early game and then drawing him again, since he is 5 cmc too, with 3 copies you have good chances to always play him when you have 5 mana. Instead I will add a second copy of Rhonas who is cheaper in mana and does wonders for the deck too. Samut is a questionable choice, the only white source you have is the channeler so I'm not conviced of her particular utility apart being a keyword soup: glorybringer may be the superior option here, you don't want too many 5 cmc anyways so you should maximize their quality. A good idea in the 4 drop slot would be either hazoreth the fervent, since you're gonna topdeck easily, or Arlinn Kord who does a lot of cool things for the deck(and she is bonkers with the glorybringer of course)!

Well, I think the mana base is gonna be clunky between 1 red drops and hapatra, personally I decided to stick to GB here is the version I made: https://deckstats.net/decks/66244/761803-hou-golgari-hapatra-reptiles/en
As you can see I put only 2 nest of scarab because the card while powerful has no real impact compared to your ammits and crocodiles/gods or punisher. So yeah 4 is a bit too much when you already have a lot of 3 drops, also I mentioned blazing volley before but it remains a fringe/fun card ONLY with the soulscar on the field so 4 in the main deck is risky too, especially against control, sweltering suns had the upside of cycling though it kills your creatures (not the snakes, nooooo!). What about abrade instead? Still burn, but spot removal, deals with gearhulks too, and combo aetherflux reservoir too. ^^

What else? No creature in the deck has trample actually and Hapatra needs to get the damage in too for trigger. The scorpion god lack any form of evasion too.

Rhonas fits:
1-Because lore with Hapatra and SNAKES
2-Imagine the pain in the ass that becomes Ammit Eternal with him?

How could I forgot the best addition from HOU we got to the archetype: Obelisk spider, also driven//despair is a nice sideboard card against control and midrange, and destined//lead can be put in the maindeck as protection/removal which is fun with Rhonas ^^
