Planeswalkers are not allowed in our Tribal Wars League. Maybe there is a better vehicle without them, I will search.

Sure that was the point, I didn't realize at first when changed it.
Thank you. ^^

Primeval Titan
also you probably want something that allows you to fight aggro or at least stretch your survivability as you look into ramp to get giants.
Primeval Titan doesn't fit in the deck. I already knew the card.
The way you want to play this deck is something like:
T1:Land-> (Once Upon a Time)+Utopia Sprawl
T2:Land-> (Once Upon a Time)+Yorvo, Lord of Garenbrig/Fertile Footsteps(Beanstalk Giant // Fertile Footsteps) (Fertile Footsteps better, but a 4/4 T2 mb allows you to fight aggro ;))

If T2 was Fertile Footsteps:
T3:Land-> (Once Upon a Time)+Hardened Scalesx2+Yorvo(6/6)
/or/
T3:Land-> (Once Upon a Time)+Utopia Sprawl+Hardened Scales+Yorvo(5/5)
T4:Land-> (Once Upon a Time)+Hardened Scalesx3+Swarmborn Giant (Yorvo becomes 10/10)
/or/
T3:Land-> (Once Upon a Time)+Oath of Nissa+Utopia Sprawl+Fertile Footsteps
T4:Land-> Beanstalk Giant (6/6)
(These are 'perfect' openings but just try to imagine how the deck works.)

This is not for competitive purpose by the way, just for Tribal Wars lovers. I have made tons of TW decks and i add them Sideboard despite is not allowed at this format because i just want people to see other posibilities they can run, because i use Maybeboard to show cards im thinking about to add to the deck that could change all the way the deck works or cards i don't know if they could work at all.
Thank you for youe comments. ^^

Beauty! A pity it's about 500 Bucks :D
Thank you! You can make it cheaper if you take out Wooded Foothills and Cavern of Souls. You can even change Aether Vial for any other usefull card.

How does this deck work?
Just search for Urza's lands like every Tron deck, then search for Molten-Tail Masticore.
You can discard Elvish Spirit Guide for mana aceleration and to get creatures to exile from Graveyard.
You can discard every other creature with the Masticores you have on battlefield.
With Urza's lands pay 5 times Molten-Tail Masticore second ability (and exile 5 creatures) and you win.
The Changeling Shapeshifters are on the deck only to make it Tribal Wars (1/3 rounded up of the cards on the deck must be the same creature type).
If you wanna make it more competitive just take out the Shapeshifters and take some creatures you can discard for free (Simian Spirit Guide, Elvish Spirit Guide... etc.).

With Simian Spirit Guide the best opening is something like this:
T1:Land->Suspend Greater Gargadon
T2:Land->Throne of Geth
T3:Land->(Tap3Land+SSG) Summoner's Egg->Sacrifice(ToG)->GG

Without:
T1:Land->Suspend GG(10)
T2:Land->Ichor Wellspring [GG(9)] Sacifice IW->Draw [GG(8 )]
T3:Land->Dragon/Roc Egg [GG(7)]
T4:Land->Servo Schematic+Any Permanent-[GG(6)]->Sacrifice(SS-Token-Token-Egg-Token-AnyPermanent)->GG(0)

I still don't see this deck so solid... . I have to test more.

I think this one is too slow. Maybe i will try with Simian Spirit Guide, Sundering Growth has a cool synergie but maybe make the deck more slow even (SG on SE to cast a GG and Populate a 4/4 Bird lol).

I was thinking Deathrender isntead of Dramatic Entrance, or maybe 2-2... but i play Deathrender on Archons and i like to make and test different ways and synergies.

That's one way, but I'm not a big fan of hideaway on pentacolor.
T1: Land->Birds of Paradise
T2: Land, (2Lands+Tap-Birds+Discard-Simian Spirit Guide)->Summoner's Egg
T3: Eldritch Evolution on Egg->Drop 2 Elders on turn 3 (With haste Dragonlord Kolaghan)
I think that's insane as best play possible.

T1:Land->Commune with Nature
T2:Land->Birds (Maybe another Commune with nature)
T3:Land->Egg
T4:Discard Simian(or Land)->Dramatic Entrance->Random Elder Drop
As the worst possible opening on this deck... xD
or T4:EE on Egg->2 Elders

Dramatic Entrance is only for late game, and you always try to mulligan if you dont have Birds and Egg or Commune with Nature on hand, or something like that.

Immortal Servitude is on theme and pretty powerful with all your 1 drops + surveil.
It's not worth a 4 slot, but Skeleton Archer + Death Baron shoots down a creature.
I like Immortal Servitude, maybe i'll try to take Champion of Stray Souls out.
And you are right with Skeleton Archer, but maybe a little bit too slow and  what slot do you take out? Maybe Collective of Brutality but it works pretty well with the low cost creatures that can return from the graveyard. You can't take out Metallic Mimic, Adaptive Automaton because skeletons have lack of lords, (neither Death Baron or Paragon of Open Graves).
And you are right with Skeleton Archer, but maybe a little bit too slow.
Actually I still have to test this deck against other viable Modern Tribal Decks.

Second Sunrise is banned in Modern
Gitaxian Probe is not Modern legal anymore.
I know both are banned, I just upload it for review. That's the original decklist.

And maybe I just don't get it, but how does this win?
Knabber, this is the way it wins:
