I like the idea of the tokens, it is a good way to slow down the game while building up sac sources.
Legion's Landing I really like, it creates tokens and ramps you, everything this deck wants.

A couple of suggestions.

Hour of Revelation looks to be too damaging to yourself, it will remove all your enchantments and treasures you have built up in preparation.
I would instead increase the copies of Fumigate and Settle the Wreckage, they are both cheaper, less damaging to you and one of them gains you life.

Squires Devotion does not look like it has any great targets, the best being a servo to make it a 2/2 lifelinker. It also only creates 1 extra sac target for 3 mana.
Instead, I recommend upping Sram's Expertise and Queen's Commission to the full playsets.

Finally, red mana seems a little low, with 13 sources of red you only have a 58% chance of having triple red by turn 6.
You could look at including Spire of Industry or maybe Stone Quarry.

I would recommend Servant of the Conduit over Druid of the Cowl, it will help you hit your double white spells and the black you need for Despair.
The energy will also work well Aether Hub. Another bonus is it will be easier to activate Rhonas with 2 attack base.

I would recommend going with 4 copies of Blossoming Defense and 2 of Hapatra's Mark. I can see the +2/+2 coming in useful more often than the -1/-1 counter removal.

I like the idea of Cartouche of Strength for removal and to get the trample ability but less dependent white removal would be more consistent.
Something like Thopter Arrest or Ixalans Binding.

Also, there is a new angel coming in Dominaria which could fit well in this deck, check out Lyra Dawnbriger.

Nice deck, I run a similar one in Blue and White.

I would recommend running Warkite Marauder. It is a great way to disable a potential enemy blocker with flying or reach.
It can also remove indestructible or recursion abilities (e.g. Rekindling Phoenix) from creatures so you can handle them with regular removal.

I tried out Soulstinger but they really under perform against control. Trying a 2/2 split with Crocodile of the Crossing and boarding to the other after game 1.

A lot of games end up in a stall with me having a bunch of bugs but not worth attacking. Trying Vraska, Relic Seeker as an alternate win condition.

Still working on the lands/mana as it doesn't seem right yet. I have tried adding some more utility lands for now. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Revision 3

Added/removed cards:
-2 Driven // Despair
+2 (Main) +2 (SB) Crocodile of the Crossing
+1 Ifnir Deadlands
+1 Scavenger Grounds
+2 Vraska, Relic Seeker
-2 (SB) Cartouche of Ambition
-2 (SB) Magma Spray

Changed amounts:
-1 Forest
-2 (Main) +2 (SB) Soulstinger
-1 Swamp

I really like the deck idea and I think Storm the Vault has some real potential. I have put my suggestions below.

Whirlermaker seems really slow at 7 mana before you see the first Thopter and you already have plenty of late game mana sinks.
I would recommend Pia Nalaar instead, you get a thopter for much less and she is a mana sink as well.
She also provides a way to get creatures through for Storm the Vault triggers.

Replace Wall of Forgotten Pharaohs with Gleaming Barrier. The treasure works in well with your game plan and you are not running any deserts.

Prophetic Prism seems like it would be a good fit for this deck. Helps with improvise spells, mana fixing and Vault of Catlacan. Best part is it replaces itself.
Mechanized Production also works with it to draw an extra card each turn. I would recommend replacing Cultivator's Caravan.

Might be worth incorporating some Aether Hubs or Black/Red dual lands to improve mana consistency.

Really like the deck idea and I can see this being really difficult to play against.

Couple of suggestions:
I would rate Swashbuckling over See Red in this deck as the haste will help to get more damage in. First strike seems less useful as you are not being blocked anyway.
It might be worth putting in some removal such as Lightning Strike or Abrade to deal with key creatures.

Deck looks good, I like to focus on the Dwarves with the vehicles being more of a support.

Could maybe add a bit more red mana with either Inspiring Vantage or Unclaimed Territory.

Thanks Garfieldklon, I forgot to mention this, I'll add this into the overview.

Nice idea Benjamin, I do like Champion of Rhonas and I have built a deck around him before.

Very nice. I see the potential for a 7/7 hexproof double-Strike trampler on turn 3.
Some explosive starts possible for this deck.

A good consideration for Majestic Myriarch is Ramunap Hydra. Gives some good attributes and is not too bad itself with some deserts.
Speaking of which, I would suggest putting in some Shefet Dunes and Hashep Oasis.

Also just keep in mind, Majestic Myriarch is vulnrable in the first main phase each turn as it doesn't gain attributes until combat starts.
But the up side of that is you can buff your other creatures in the main phase and Majestic Myriarch will inherit them.

How about Legion's Landing? Another way to give Majestic Myriarch lifelink and create more creatures to increase power and toughness.

Looks good, Metallurgic Summonings is a great build around card.

One thought I have is to go for instant and sorcery based creature creation.
That way you get more value out of Metallurgic Summonings.
For example, cards such as Queen's Commission, Servo Exhibition and Sram's Expertise.
Start/Finish would be great one if you could work in black.

Actually, split cards in general would be great as they give you two triggers of Metallurgic Summonings for one card.
Farm/Market is some good removal and card filtering.
Commit/Memory is a counterspell/removal early on and then a 6/6 and hand reset later.

I like River's Rebuke, clear the board and create a 6/6 (or 2 with Anointed Procession or Primal Springs)

Awesome idea!

How about some Throne of the God-Pharaoh for double the sting!

Also, I just realised you can arcane adapt everyone to servos so they benefit from Master Trinketeer.

Priest of the Wakening Sun could fit well here, gives you some more life gain early game and then can chump block and tutor for one of your big dinos late game.
Renewed Faith is another nice lifegain spell as it also has cycling.

Also it looks like you might encounter some issues against flyers. Maybe sideboard in some reach or flying removal spells.
