Great budget and flavor, but you should label it as Modern, since most of the cards are from later editions and all Standard decks eventually fall into Modern (or Pioneer).

Archangel of Thune might work for you, Liin4res, in place of Nykthos Paragon. Angelic Skirmisher is also good. You can also consider Sephara, Sky's Blade. Oh and Segovian Angel is also good 1-drop. However, I wouldn't put more than 1 of each high mv Angel. I have Angelic deck, but it's Boros with Firemane Avenger, Lightning Helix, Lightning Bolt, Aurelia, the Warleader and Gisela, Blade of Goldnight. You can see yourself for some inspiration. Oh, I can also recommend 1x Well of Lost Dreams in place of 1x Luminarch Ascension. There goes the recommendation I can give, but I'd also point out to search the database for Angelic decks: there are plenty of ideas to gain in making one.

Well, you don't have mv more than 4. Why play with so many lands? You can easily play 20-21. Put 4x Bloodbraid Elf. You have upvote from me. Fine deck otherwise.

Never ever I have played Magic Online or have ever used computer simulator of the game like Cockatrice. I also never have ever built over-budgeted Tribal decks. There are cheaper budget Tribes and pricier ones. Strict Tribal budget? Yes, that counts. Even the plans I have for 10 more Tribal decks aren't that expensive. I also ever have never entered into serious physical confrontations here in Bulgaria. Probably pinching or pull an ear, when someone is making a jackass then make it a laugh of the moment, otherwise I am friendly with local Magic players.

You can probably say them that it's 800€ around in Card Market in all the major stores. Show them the card. Receive payment in cash. Nice hit from a booster. 800€ is around $870. Some stores however go lower from 670€ to 700€. It's however you want money still. Try to negotiate good price. I believe everything will be resolved and you'll get the money and sell the card.
