EDH Gishath Enrage Naya Dinos

Hey all, looking for help to get this down to 100!

I was thinking of removing the creature based ramp, but i am worried that removes a lot of the lower cmc cards. What are your thoughts?

Normally, I would agree with that sentiment.  But since you are playing dinos, and you are trying to make them angry with things like Pyrohemia and Aether Flash, you are going to kill off all of your dorks.  And I would recommend replacing them with some mana rocks so that you still have early plays.

I would cut the following 12 cards:

The 2 guildgates and Stone Quarry: I find 36 lands to be sufficient.  (When you also have sufficient ramp.)
Snubhorn Sentry: ditto what Morganator said about this
Kinjalli's Caller: you have 3 creatures that reduce dino costs.  You don't want to have nothing but these creatures in your hand with no dinos.  This is the one I would cut.
Drover of the Might
Druid of the Anima
Farhaven Elf: as I said before, your enrage enablers will kill off your mana dorks.  Rely on spells for anything that isn't going to attack.
Gigantosaurus: Filling a similar role as Ghalta, but it doesn't even trample
Priest of the Wakening Sun: again, use spells for this type of effect, of which you already have some.
Charging Tuskodon: This doesn't enrage or really add any synergy to your deck.  Your other dinos are better
Reclamation Sage: Again, a creature that will die.  You have a few other means of destroying artifacts.  If you need more, use Naturalize.

With these 12 cards cut, I would recommend adding 3 mana rocks.  I would suggest a Sol Ring and 2 signets.  I would choose Gruul and Selesnya - the ones in green.  They will help you cast your mana ramp spells.  Boros will not.

Also consider replacing some of your other ETB tapped all the time lands with basics.  I would keep the Jungle Shrine, Evolving Wilds and Terramorphic Expanse.  Maybe keep the bounce lands.  Dump the rest.  Do your really want all 3 hideaways?  Put in basics and maybe a Temple of the False God.  If you've got a few duals that don't enter tapped go ahead and put in some, but you'll be fine without them.  Your ramp helps you fix colors.

Also consider that whatever dino you put Lightning Greaves on will not be able to be targeted to enable it's enrage ability.  Consider Swiftfoot Boots for hexproof instead of shroud.

And then I will echo what Morganator said about cards like Thunderherd Migration, Grow from the Ashes and Star of Extinction.  There are better cards (although flavor points for Star of Extinction in a dino deck).  Consider functional upgrades.  In this case "upgrade" means a lower mana cost rather than a different effect.

Happy Brewing!  :)

Yes.  If you control a Panharmonicon, then have a Trostani Discordant enter the battlefield, the token creation ability will trigger twice, giving you 4 Soldier tokens.

By "blink", I assume you mean something like Ghostly Flicker?  When a token gets exiled, it ceases to exist.  So if you target your own Trostani Discordant-token, it will become exiled, where it will vanish from existence ... it will not come back.

First off - Shalai, Voice of Plenty has to go.  She has green in her color identity.

Here's the list of cards I would cut.  Most of these are cards that have duplicate abilities within your deck.  If you are particularly fond of one of these cards, swap it for something similar.

Cloudshift - you have very few ETB effects in your deck
Ashes of the Abhorrent - unless you need this for your meta, it isn't doing much for your deck
Boon Reflection
Crusade
Dictate of Heliod
Honor of the Pure
Curse of Exhaustion - not helping your deck
Sigil of the Empty Throne
Staff of Nin
Whispersilk Cloak
Chalice of Life
Well of Lost Dreams
Angelic Accord
Divine Visitation - most of your token creation is already Angel
Mask of Avacyn
Mind's Eye
Alhammarret's Archive or Endless Atlas
Ajani Steadfast - not advancing your deck

You specifically asked for cards to cut.  This is my opinion for 20 to go.

If you want suggestions for cards to add in/swap we can help out there too.  For now, I will only suggest that since you have quite the Angel theme going on, you might want to consider Radiant, Archangel as the Commander.

The official rules for Commander also do not permit the wishes to function at all.

Extort gets bonkers with multiple opponents;
Myriad can be great too, especially with creatures with ETB triggers (or even leave-the-battlefield triggers;
Blatant Thievery;
Luminarch Ascension;
the Primordial cycle (Sylvan is banned :( )
the Tempt with cycle tends to get a little better as it increases the odds that someone will be tempted;
cards that work similar to extort, like Exsanguinate, Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Kokusho, the Evening Star;
cards that require cards to be in someones graveyard early, like Deathrite Shaman;
Waste Not;
Lurking Predators.

Just off the top of my head.

Happy Multi-Player Brewing!  :)

General Magic / Re: Scion of the Ur Dragon Combo

The double strike ability granted by Atarka is much more akin to an aura or an equipment (although it lasts only until end of turn), rather than a static ability of the card itself.
This keeps all the following scenarios lined up:

1) You have Atarka and Shivan DragonShivan dragon attacks, gaining double strike.  Shivan Dragon becomes something else, say an opponent casts Turn to Frog on it.  The Frog Shivan Dragon still has double strike.

2) Scion has Fireshrieker attached to it (granting double strike).  Scion becomes a copy of another dragon.  Scion doesn't leave the battlefield, it just becomes a copy.  That dragon will still have Fireshrieker equipped and will still have double strike.

3) You have Scion and Atarka.  Scion swings, gaining double strike until end of turn from Atarka.  Scion becomes a copy of any other dragon.  It will still have double strike from the Atarka trigger.

General Magic / Re: Basic Land Types

Wastes is not (and never has been) a land type.  It is merely the name of a land.  It is a basic land that has no subtype.

Mirrodin / Scars of Mirrodin / Kaladesh all have an artifact theme

Odyssey / Innistrad / Shadows Over Innistrad all have a graveyard theme.

General Magic / Re: Mirage mirror usage

Yes.  The copy ability of Mirage Mirror is activated as an instant.  You may do this at any time that you have priority, including during combat, and during other player's turns.

Planechase!

For added randomness for everyone, play Planechase.  Every once in a while my playgroup will pull out the Planechase cards.  (A couple of us each have all the planar cards.)  We play with a single planar deck used by all players at the table.  And since we don't build our decks specifically for Planechase, each player starts the game with a Fractured Powerstone in their Command Zone.

This goes all the way back to the beginning of the game.  In 1993, there was no official website for Magic.  The internet was in its infancy.  This new trading card game was all the rage.  Card spoilers weren't a thing.  There were no card information databases.  People wanted a way to concisely communicate about this new game.  There wasn't cool graphics or emojis, just typed text.  B for Black and U for blue developed very quickly as the accepted shorthand for typed mana symbols.  At this point, you've got 25 years of inertia behind it.  There's no changing it now.

Tapped Blockers are not funny

White Weenies.  Tap creatures for utilities and still use them as blockers.
