Hello
You might consider triumph of the hordes, contagion clasp and contagion engine.
If you have any multicolored lands in your collection you could add those too. Even the scry temples would be good.

Hey!
I really like Arcades. I think he is a fun commander.
I Would suggest to add more lands. Even with all the ramp you should run 36 lands imo.
Overgrown battlement, wall of blossoms, wall of denial, wall of mulch, crashing drawbridge, tree of redemption and steel wall are considerations too.
Eerie interlude is good protection and great card draw with Arcades on the field.
Bar the door is a great pump spell for your walls.
Maybe you want to consider some of these cards. Good luck with the brewing!

Hey! Quite nice deck.
Some suggestions you might want to consider:
Celestial Ancient could be okay as you don't run that many creatures.
Krond the Dawn-Clad would be great removal if it get's a few swings in.
Dowsing Shaman could be okay recurrsion.
I think these cards are budget friendly as well.
I think I would add a few more lands (36 in total) and / or mana ramp.

A really cool deck!
I like Omnath, Locus of Rage. He was my very first commander. But I had a really tight budget.
Landfall is one of my favorite abilities as well so I really love Omnath, Locus of the Roil. So many triggers
