I'd recommend a couple of sources for putting out little tokens (like 0/1 plants, 1/1 saprolings, insects, etc)-- a couple of creatures I would suggest are Avenger of Zendikar, Hornet Queen, and Geist-Honored Monk. the latter two will really benefit from the Sigil Captain that you have. Storm Herd is also really fun if you can get it out.

I didn't see a Doubling Season, or Parallel Lives to double whatever tokens you produce.

I have a Trostani deck myself and my favorite finisher is Overwhelming Stampede--which would work really well with the fatties you have in the deck.

Since lifegain is another theme to your deck, what about a Felidar Sovereign, or Test of Endurance as an alternate wincon?

Just a couple of suggestions--I love tokens and you have the start of what could be a really fun deck here.

Renegade Krasis is a beast when it comes to adding +1/+1 counters!

Parallel Lives is another "doubling" enchantment that you may find useful
EDIT: I run a token and +1/+1 counters deck, so I thought that parallel lives would have helped, but it only multiplies tokens...my bad.
