Looks like fun, but I would consider Mist-Cloaked Herald or more copies of Triton Shoestalker in case you opponents have fliers to protect from your Ornithopters.

Also, Ligr, Ancient Den is banned in Modern, because of those pesky Affinity decks that were a thing back then. All of the artifact lands are banned except for Darksteel Citadel.

4
I would suggest Kor Outfitter for some more easy equips. Looks fun, though.

I would suggest filling up your sideboard, more options can give you a huge edge in some situations, even with cards like Fiery Cannonade which may seem like its not going to help you, but if you're again a white weenies deck you may want a couple of those.

I have a few questions about this deck.

What exactly is the point of having Volrath's Laboratory in the deck when you could just put in another sliver that has a static ability? Similarly, why Heartstone? Slivers rarely have activated abilities that cost mana.

There are also some creatures in the deck that are questionable, and could be replaced with some decent Slivers; for instance: Universal Automaton, Metallic Sliver, Irregular Cohort, and Thunderfoot Baloth.

I can understand creatures like Unsettled Mariner, as he has an ability that benefits slivers, and can be affected by the effects that affect slivers, but the 4 I mentioned above don't really seem to belong.

I would clearly advise any players purchasing this deck to make changes to it, but the decklist most likely will not be seeing any deck changes, as it is intentionally made to be a copy of the original planeswalker deck.

Question - Why Child of Alara? The enter the graveyard effect doesn't activate if you choose to put it back into the command zone, do you just let it die?

I would suggest Inkmoth Nexus in this deck as well, it could possibly be an alternate win condition.

Are you sure you want this to be modern? This could be a pretty good pirate deck in standard if you just replace Bolas and Kari Zev. You could even replace Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker with Nicol Bolas, The Ravager / The Arisen.

I like the idea, I've seen decks like this work well(with Tez, Karn, and Kolios to activate abilities on planeswalkers more than once per turn) but I also think that it could use improvement in some areas, one in specific.

You have 4 Mox Ambers, it is a good card, but it being legendary you can only have 1 at a time, I would use something like scrabbling claws or even Azor's gateway with some mana reducers like Jhoira's Familiar.

You may also want to consider a card like Helm of the Host, to make more artifacts and copy legendary creatures like Sai, Master Thopterist.

Keep up the creative deck-building!

The Scarab God seems like a really slow commander, maybe try Gisa and Geralf? They have an ETB effect and are easier to cast.

I would suggest a few lands such as Sunpetal Grove and Temple Garden as an easy way to get mana variety if you don't want to spend a lot.

Brute force is an interesting way to go but effective nonetheless, in addition I might also recommend Elvish Piper or something of the likes to get those big creatures out cheaply.

With your Harmless Offering input, Judaspriester, they could not do that as when the player loses the game, all items they own are removed from the game and anything they don't own but control are put into exile(and it being EDH they are allowed to put the creature back into the command zone).

I'm with vali, it looks like you're trying to combine a decent proliferate deck with a few random control cards like Thought Erasure. Also, Augur or Bolas seems pretty redundant, as you're running a ton of planeswalkers, creatures. and enchantments with only 1 sorcery being Thought Erasure.
