Ciao, in teoria si risolve il tuo instant in pila, a questo punto il segnalino sulla cosa nel ghiaccio viene rimosso e si trasforma attivando il suo effetto; successivamente  sentiero dell'esilio si risolve e esilia la creatura.

ecco la parte del regolamento

711.11 Quando un permanente bifronte si trasforma, non diventa un nuovo oggetto. Tutti gli effetti che si applicavano a quell'oggetto, continueranno ad applicarsi.

poiché la cosa nel ghiaccio dice "trasforma"; se invece avesse riportato il testo "esilia e rimetti sul campo" (come i Planeswalker di Origin per intenderci) il sentiero dell'esilio sarebbe andato a vuoto in quanto non avrebbe più avuto un bersaglio legale.
