Deck Reviews / Requesting feedback/suggestions on budget white exalted deck

Hi everyone, this is a link to my budget white exalted deck that I plan to build soon:

This is not the first deck that I've designed, but this is the one that I believe to by the most consistent and powerful. I also know how to play MTG, but this is the first deck that I will actually own by myself (I own half of a tried and tested blue/white flying deck) and as a result I want to make sure its a good one. My friends like the deck, but I don't want to waste money on a deck that never wins against their constructed ones (I know I should be playing MTG for fun and not to win, but imo it's no fun when you lose several games in a row ).

And that's why I've come to these forums. I would greatly appreciate any feedback on the deck, and any ways that you think it could be improved to truly pack a punch
However, I'm trying to keep the cost of this deck quite low and as a result I would prefer it if you could keep the suggestions to a low price please (e.g. Sublime Archangel is too expensive for me).
