replace holy strength with glaring aegis . glaring gives u one more health and lets u tap and enemies creature for one mana

bother cheaper option is bruna light of alabaster and play blu white but if that were the case id do bang exalted and tons of enchantments and search cards for bruna also beast master ascension is a card u could throw in this deck

you dont need any fetch lands that dont have ur commanders colors u can use other cards than those that let u fetch basic lands rather than pay 1 life for a single color becuase u might not need white or something atm

no u can i just couldnt pay for the white mana only blue becuase the way mana works is if u would tap aland for white since oona doesnt have white it would turn to colorless but since they have the option for blue i can still pay it
