I'm not here often, someone let me know how to turn just the title of the deck into a link to it, like I'm seeing others do. Anyways I think this looks like a fairly neat although common deck (I know lots of people do the assault formation + walls thing). Really what I'm here for is to ask is if there are any walls that have better toughness to mana cost ratios than Wall of Tanglecord. Within Green/Black or Colorless of course.

Any other feedback is welcome too of course.

has virtually no defense though. maybe some wall of souls would help and fit the theme?

General Magic / Question about phasing

If a creature is tapped, then phases out during the untap step, then phases back in, does it return tapped or untapped? if it returns tapped, do you still get to untap it, or does it enter after the untap step entirely?

I've read the rules on like 3 different sites and cant find this addressed, how does untapping phased permanents work??

I was thinking the same thing as deathlord, but since the deck is only 13 bucks you could even swap out murder for hero's downfall and still only come to about 20 bucks
