i'd say take out Oppressive Rays from he sideboard because with mono black devotion ( or any devotion deck for that matter) wouldn't set them back too much cause they still control it. try Deicide instead and if that doesn't playtest well maybe Dryad Militant for the more aggro matchup

also might try Phytoburst , Revenge of the Hunted (casting it for its miracle cost wins games for sure), Giant Growth
i have swapped some of those in and out and they have helped. just some ideas

your count is off Animar, Soul of Elements needs to be your 100th card so since you don't have him in the decklist you should only have 99 cards.

my question was going to be how in the world will you get 12 mana but with nykthos and a bunch of defenders it's slightly possible with hidden strings then you just need charlatan of meletis to make infinite mana and cast enter the infinite drawing everything and having unlimited mana floating to do something with hopefully.
