A couple issues: Jegantha doesn't work because you have cards with multiple of the same coloured mana pips, Yorion can't work because your deck can only have exactly 100 cards, and Lutri is banned in commander.

Would highly recommend at least a couple Militia Bugler. It's really good at finding specific creatures that you need and works well with your array of flickers.

Given that you're in blue, I'm surprised you aren't running Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage. Flash is really powerful and your deck is largely historic spells.

Deck looks hilarious, I might have to try it out. That said, it does seem to have a few too many 3-drops. Maybe you could cut some of them for a bit more late game, considering you have the ramp to support it. Maybe you could even splash black for Bolas.

I live the deck, but why are you playing Thran Temporal Gateway? Nothing in the deck should cost more than 4 anyways. I suppose flashing things in has some value but is it really worth it?

This looks quite a bit better than when I last saw it! From here I'd recommend you swap Cancel out for one of the better counterspells like Disallow (maybe Censor but it's kind of risky). I would recommend Herald of Secret Streams but the Tempest Caller is probably a fine substitute. Lastly, I'm not sure what you would take out for it, but Deeproot Champion is a pretty powerful card. It doesn't often get very big, but it represents a threat that your opponent is forced to deal with for only 2 mana. Anyways, I hope that helps and good luck!

This deck seems super spicy! I got the combo of Captivating Crew and Makeshift Munitions in the prerelease and it absolutely dominated. I don't know if it would be any good in standard, but I bet it would be pretty fun.

Seems like you have too many spells compared to your creatures, and also you seem to be missing 2-drops which seems problematic for a deck that's trying to smash your opponent's face as quickly as possible. Perhaps try cutting down on some unnecessary non-creature spells to add perhaps a Longtusk Cub, Channeler Initiate, Resilient Khenra, or if you wanna get really spicy, Rhonas' Last Stand.
