I've been Playing it for about 5 Months from now, the Manabase is consistent , as you only need about 5 to 6 Mana and you have Manadorks, they only get Removed in the first one or two Turns, later than that your enemy has to handle the Threats. In addition to that you can do some Tricks with Knight of the Reliquary.
I Havent tested Rallier much to be Honest , the Landdestruction i get is most of the time fairly enough with the Six Copies in Deck and Ramunap Excavator.
I play the Kitchenfinks because the Meta of the Events in my Area is about 40% Burn and Kitchen Finks is a Very good card in that Match Up.

i think you should run thespians stage as 4-of , it enables dark depths very fast and its not that expensive for your budget deck

Your mana Curve is too high , you should aim around 2.5 and you should focus on a few better creatures , not that many different. Also GR is a ramp combination so you can play mana bobs und ramp spells so your deck gets faster
