Thief of Sanity seems to fit the theme of the deck really nicely, giving the name and creature type, especially given the effect Lovecraftian horrors have on humans.

Could Stormchaser Mage be any good as a replacement for Monastery Swiftspear?  It’s a wizard for one more mana, a blue, and more toughness and evasion.  I feel like it would be a better tempo piece and also fits in with the wizards tribal theme.

You should either go with 2 Bojuka Bog or 2 Nihil Spellbomb, not both.  Creeping Corrosion is not bad, but replacing it with Abrupt Decay might be better, as it's only 2 mana.  Smallpox is a very powerful against slower decks, so I would suggest it as a 1 or 2 of sideboard card.  Instead of Unbridled Growth, I would suggest something like Seal of Primordium, maybe in the sideboard.  A Tribal spell like Nameless Inversion as a worse dismember to help trigger delirium. Otherwise, it looks like it'll go 4-0 at fmn!

           I would use Lingering Souls instead of Midnight Haunting because the flashback ability is important. Decks that run hand disruption like Jund or Waste Not could take Midnight Haunting and you would not be able to use it. Granted you have other means of token generation such as Raise the Alarm. Also if you have Polymorph or Proteus Staff, they would rather Thoughtsieze or Inquisition of Kozilek that. To be able to use Lingering Souls flashback ability you could splash black with Arcane Sanctum and/or Mana Confluence.

          Also, man-lands might not be a bad idea. If price is not a problem you could use Inkmoth Nexus. Blinkmoth Nexus also. If colored mana is a problem you could use Faerie Conclave and/or Forbidding Watchtower. They can also serve as emergency blockers if you do not have any token generators in hand.

         For the sideboard, I would recommend cutting 2 Lightning Greaves for Leyline of Sanctity. If you have it in your opening hand you are immune to hand disruption as well as burn spells.

General Magic / Deckstats need updating

Ok two things.
1 Oath of the Gatewatch came out as of now. So Thought-Knot Seer, Eldrazi Displacer and others came out now.

2 The Evoke mechanic exists. Creatures like Shriekmaw and Revillark exist. When I tried to find this mechanic in the deckbuilder, it said there were no such cards. BUt when I entered the cards through direct entry, it gave me a picture of Shriekmaw.

I have two questions:
A) Is this a budget deck? If it is not use academy ruins. It's just better than Buired Ruin. And use mox opal for mana. It is an artifact and you can produce both blue and black mana.
B) What's your win condition? Because you have a blighted agent in there and thats usally used in infect.
Suggestions:
More shimmer myr more master of etherium and make a sideboard.
