if i recall correctly to hit reliable 2 creatures with Collective Company you need 26-28 cmc 3 or less, your list contains only 18. As your cmc 4 creatures are hard hitting you cant really cut them. I would cut the 2 company it is more a less play 4 or play none as it skews the deck building towards many creatures

Hi, the dragons are spread over the different categories. Most of them in 'creatures but I divide my decks in many categories to describe the reason I am playing a certain card. Dragon storm was excluded because during playing the deck it is very rare to have played more the 1 spell and still have 9 mana open, you have to hope someone casts a counter or removal during your turn to get more value out of Dragon storm.

Updated my old tribal elf deck
Check maybeboard for removed cards / text below
Old deck 62 cards with 18 lands 8 enchants 4 instants 32 creatures
New one 62 cards with 19 lands 4 enchants 4 instants 2 sorceries 33 creatures
Got often problem with 3rd mana, now even more important couse of talar’s battalion
Sideboard is one of each creature and a forrest for testing propose, old sideboard was more mana intensive for longer games or games with more opponents, that was for example „heedless one“ „Elvish Champion“ „Glissa sunseeker“ „skyshroud poacher“ „ambush commander“ „Vitalize

Exchanged:
Wirewood prideaspect of hydra = obvious reason
Elvish warriornissa’s chosen = got no revive mechanic so why not put it back into the library
Elvish archerswren’s run vanquisher = firststrike needs more power via instant/enchant for killing and survival potential death touch only for survival
Defiant elfcopperhorn scout = better blocking capabilities and nice effekt with timberwatch
Rancorbramblewood paragon = more warriors in the new layout so more dmg and trample

Removed 1 of each creature to fit in Joraga Wallcaller and talara’s Battalion
Keep up 4 copies of alpha status and aspect of hydra for more chance to get them
Joraga will be played with 1-2 counters or without if i need more push with alpha status/Vanguard if brabmlewood paragon is played 1-2 are more than enough
Many 1 mana elves are helping with talar’s battalion
