A great red one drop (that's also a human) is Bloodlust Inciter. Plus, he can give your Gideon haste once he becomes a creature if you don't feel like waiting lol.

Glory-Bound Initiate is a Human, and 4/4 lifelinker for 2 (essentially), js. Bloodlust Inciter is also Human and he gives other creatures haste so aggro aggro

Also, Thromok was created for Planechase 2012, so if you look at the deck he came in, there are a few choice cards that provide some great synergy with him.

I would suggest reducing your land count to anywhere from 36 to 39 lands, and to include more non-basic lands. A good rule of thumb is that a two-color commander deck should have 12 to 20 basic lands. You can watch Tolarian Community College on YouTube for help with commander mana bases.
