Metalwork Colossus specifies non-creature artifacts, so it's always going to cost the full 11 mana for you in this deck, as you have zero non-creature artifacts.

Sounds like you're a fun guy. I really like your salad bowl.

So, my recommended creature additions to this deck are as follows, since you asked for something to replace the fourth will-o-the-wisps.
In order of "most strongly recommended" to "least strongly recommended"
Guttersnipe, Kiln Fiend, Wall of Souls, Crimson Muckwader, Perilous Myr, Satyr Firedancer, Slith Bloodletter, Duty-Bound Dead
Tried to keep everything under 3cmc, but Guttersnipe is too good not to mention, also kept everything cheaper than the card you don't want to buy. For future reference, the "advanced search" in gatherer, scryfall, or magiccards.info are great ways to find cards.

I think you're short about 40 Islands if you want this to be Highlander. Might replace one of them with a Vedalken Shackles, since you've got so many islands, but that might be out of flavor.

Rush of Vitality doesn't actually stop Rite of Consumption from killing the Spitfire for the record, although it does just fine against most enemy removal. Still, if the plan is to use Rush to get around the downside of Rite, you might want to swap it the Undying Evil in your sideboard. If Rugh of Vitality is meant for combat though, it's probably better since the lifelink helps you stick around.

Sideboard needs wear//tear or something similar, otherwise you die turn four to chalice of the void on 2.

You might consider a Paradise Mantle so it can tap for mana

So, why take out the pickles lock?

Trepanation Blade might be nice if you want to add some persistent mill and or speed up the clock on the beatdown portion of the deck.

You might also consider maybe like 2 copies of Haunting Echoes, as if you cast it after a Traumatize, you usually win the next turn.

It also won't interact with the Aetherflux Resirvoir effect either. Also you can cut down on the pieces by using two of one, or one of each, of Felidar Guardian and Wispweaver Angel. One enters, targets the other, re-enters, targets the other, and so on forever. With a Panharmonicon out you could also grab infinite clues off Thraben inspector or, if one of the creatures used is Felidar Guardian, you could bounce all your lands to untap them, getting you infinite mana.

If that's really a concern, go for a Haunting Echoes so that you can also get rid of even more of their library while you're at it. Admittedly, it's a bit costly on the mana end of things.

Good call with the haste. Swapped the Precinct Captain for the Cerodon Yearling as there's not really enough removal at this budget to guarantee the creature tokens, swapped the Thraben Inspector for the Bomat Courier since it still helps with card advantage but also has haste, and then took out two Daring Skyjek for two Spark Elemental for a bit more haste, to lower the curve a bit, and because it's funny. With that curve lowering I swapped a Boros Signet for a Faithless Looting, since late game we'll prefer gas to mana, as we have no mana sink creatures, and fixed the source distribution with twiddling basics around.
