Dashed Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury could be problematic. Citadel Siege is awesome in this situation. I suggest some instant removal spells in sideboard. Surge of Righteousness etc.

Basically I build this deck from cards I already have and it seems almost ready for FNM. Please correct me if I am wrong. Discussion about possible improvments ($15-25) is open.

Any suggestions are welcome. I can invest $15-25. The best possible addition is probably Thought-Knot Seer or second copy of Dragonlord Ojutai.
