maybe add more creatures. all those spells might not be working in a r/g deck, which should be focusing on creatures and energy synergy. also maybe add bigger and higher-cost cards, highest card costs 4. decent deck otherwise

looks great. maybe take out a bygone bishop since it doesn't interact with panharmonicon, and then take out a thraben inspector, add the two felidar sovereign. electrostatic pummeled seems nice to double its power but requires too many energy counters to work, maybe remove it. consulate surveillance looks nice.
