Nightveil Sprite is to expensive (but maybe worth trying it in the battle, but i can see better cards in its slot). Evasive threats should cost one mana. That let you Curious Obsession on turn 2 and keep Spell Pierce. If u don't have Spell PIerce u should wait with Curious Obsession and play Siren Stormtamer or flash Merfolk Trickster, and on turn 3 enchant and leave Negate or Wizard's Retort to protect your things. When you do that, Courious Obssesion gives you so many card advantage with counterspells and bounce effects that u tempo your opponent out and win.

Diligent Excavator is more fragile extra copy of Drowned Secrets. It mill when you cast Naru Miha.

opt will be better than chart a course, because cost less, its insant, and thanks to scry1 u dig the same amount of cards.

She doesnt fly unfortunetly. If i would add her i would have to change lords (cut some favorable winds, and add some fell flagship). During game i will often from turn 3/4 spare 1 mana for spell pierce, so if there was nothing to counter i could opt. Unfortunetly i cant find slot for it :/
