It feels like you are mixing 2 types of mill deck in 1 with the result that neither really work
I would get rid of all non defensive creatures and just add more control and strait up mill cards (or anything that allows you to mill reliably without conditions)
if you have the cash things like damnation and glimpse of the unthinkable are very good
if you don't have the money for it black has many -x/-x to all creature type of cards and kill cards
or things like Baral's Expertise to return creatures back to the hand which can buy you allot of time.
as for mill hedron crab and Minister of Inquiries are decent low mana cost mill cards which also give you a bit of defense
mesmeric orb also mills allot over time and is very good if you get it out early.
there's also a black card that exiles all creatures from a graveyard and gives 3 life for each, i think its called crypt incursion(not sure if expensive or not).
it also might not be a bad idea to look for cards which stop your enemy from returning the graveyard back to his deck (tough this is more of a side deck thing)
the planes walkers are not ever gonna live with the current setup
and mind crank is not going to help you either as you creatures are not very reliable and to cost heavy
