RU Mill

Use fraying sanity to mill them out. Collective defiance to wheel them (up to 21 mill with one fraying sanity) or remove threats. unsummon to bounce before a wheel and clear board. Rivulet as back up mills and land sac engines for Manic scribes.  Thing in the Ice for board bounce and blockers. can use to return startled awake a turn faster and dodge and sorc removals. Fevered visions for draw and to help mill their deck faster.  Magma spray for early removal. Still working on sideboard.
