Rafiq the Sneak
Voltron designed for competitive duels format. Focused on protecting and boosting Rafiq so that he can win the game by commander damage. All cards are legal in command duels format.
Please feel free to make comments/suggestions.
I'm sure there are better versions of some of the cards in this deck so please let me know if you know of any!
Maybeboard cards are for particular scenarios, cards I cut, or cards I would put in the deck if I owned a copy. Regardless, these are all cards that I think would go good in this deck, a lot of which were only cut because of the mana cost. I've considered cutting Urban Evolution and Sylvan Reclamation due to their high mana cost, but I do like the utility that they bring.
