Milagros

Grind Opponent out of answers and then either ride Jace to victory or Entreat for a billion.

Interesting take on Stasis. I'm a fan of Stasis, I wish someone would come out with an updated list for it that's competitive.  The deck just crumbles to fast combo though unfortunately.

For the life of me I don't know why you would play Frontier. All the threats. None of the answers. If you just want to see stompy decks smacking eachother in the face, then sure.

Flinthoof, should just be Tarmogoyf. Strictly better.  Also considering running some Huntmaster as well.

Well keep in mind you can play Hex Parasite and you don't have to play black. If you really want to play Hex Parasite and Thing in the Ice, I would go Jeskai colors. In fact I don't think you even need the Hex Parasite. You will easily flip Thing in the Ice on turn 3 or 4. I would something like this.
4 Serum Visions
4 Path to Exile
4 Lightning Bolts
4 Opt
2 Lightning Helix
2 Search for Azcanta
2 Electrolyze
1 Sphinx Revelation
2 Cryptic Command
4 Snapcaster Mage
4 Thing in the Ice
1 Torrential Gearhulk
2 Jace the Mind Sculptor
1 Ajani Vengaent
3 Scalding Tarn
3 Flooded Strand
2 Arid Mesa
3 Steam Vents
2 Hallowed Fountain
4 Island
2 Plains
1 Mountain
4 Celestial Colonnade

What exactly are you trying to do? Figure out a clear strategy. A starting point would be to get down to 60 cards in the main deck.

Oh Walking Balista is good. I just think some of the other cards in the deck are kinda iffy and don't really do much to effect the board other than synergy within your counters build. Maybe try to go with Walking Balista and try with some Tron lands or 12 post? It just seems kinda short-sighted in a format where you can do crazy stuff.

This deck just seems super clunky in a format that's all about efficiency. If you're not playing a Brainstorm deck, you need to be playing a deck that stops the Brainstorm decks and combo decks. The 4 Hymns help, but your clock is just super slow and your engine is incredibly easy to disrupt. The +/+ counters mechanic is too fringe to base a deck around. If you really want to make this a deck, I would suggest you bring the Leovolds mainboard. I would also find some room for Chains of Mephistopheles. I would also splash white for better removal (Sword and Vindicate), Thalia, Knight of the Reliquary, and Stoneforge Mystic. Mid-range strategies in Legacy are subpar as there are decks that can kill you on turn zero.

Sure. So let's say you have Eldrazi Displacer on the field and you are casting Tidehollow Sculler on the field and 3 open mana to activate Tidehollow Sculler. You have to word it this way, you say, "I am casting Tidehollow Sculler and maintaining priority. With the enter the battlefield effect of Tidehollow Sculler on the stack, I am going to activate Eldrazi Displacer." When the stack checks for the Sculler for his "When Tidehollow Sculler leaves the battlefield, return the exiled card to its owner's hand," it leaves nothing because Tidehollow hasn't entered the battlefield yet, so the LTB trigger happens first. Because it's left the battlefield it's not linked to anything on it's previous ETB. Therefore they permanently lose the card.  The same happens with Fiend Hunter. It's a called a double trigger.

No problem man! You know the double trigger trick right?

You have all of these ETB effects, why no Eldrazi Displacer? You can double trigger basically all your guys and just take cards from them.

Landstill Leo

This is my Vintage deck. I am relatively new to the format, but the deck is super fun and it fits my style of play. If anyone has more experience with the format, please feel free to give advice.

Disrupt your opponents combo. Destroy or invalidate their Moxen. Stop their card draw with Leo or land an early Jace. Land an early Standstill and hopefully have a manland active and start swinging. Can also Wasteland lock with Ranumap Excavator. Very adaptive deck that can mold itself to play against an open meta.

ok tons of issues with this list. Blue Moon is great, but you need a faster clock and less cute counterspell package. Daredevil isn't good enough to be running. If your strategy is to Blood moon them early, ideally they wouldn't have many or any spells for you to cast. You want at least 3 Cryptic, but I would opt (see what I did there?) for 4. Saheeli ult for Keranos is cute, but it's not going to end the game. I'm a bigger fan of either Saheeli Emrakul combo or Through the Breach and Emarakul. If you're going to ult a planeswalker it better be ending the game or be damn close to ending the game. Keranos is amazing and I really love that card, but he's WAY too slow for Modern. The other route you can go with this is Thing in the Ice and/or Batterskull.

They're really pushing merfolk
If the last few sets have been any indication they are pushing tribal. Before this block it was Eldrazi. Now it's Merfolk, Dinosaurs,  and Pirates.
