I'm not positive that i'd ever cut either of those two land fetchers, even if I can't repeat them. The deck really does need to pull lands out of it, and I wouldn't want to run any fewer of those types of cards than I already am I think.

I can see your point about whiptongue hydra, but I would prefer the wipe to be on a creature as it's more easily searchable with something like wordly tutor. Maybe Deathbringer Regent or something like it. Bane of Progress seems really good I think.

Too Expensive: Arbiter of the Ideal, Teferi Temporal Archmage seems a lil pricey, Enigma Sphinx
A lil weak: Kaya, Ghost Assassin, Oath of Jace

Put in: Anguished Unmaking, Brainstorm (deffo if you want topdeck manip),
Maybe: Silumgar's Command, Chain Veil (how much do you want to rely on two abilities per turn?)

Overall, the avg cmc of the deck is high, and without g for ramp, could pose a problem. Might want to focus more on cards that slow opponents down as you're getting value from the cards you play, and have multiple ways to victory given the combos you listed. Looks good overall though!

not sure you need the ankle shanker, if you have odric
well of lost dreams , or greed effects I think, maybe not both?
you're pretty high on value enchantments which is good for pillow fort, but might be too high (as you need to cut some): faith's fettersoverwhelming splendor
sunblast angel is cute, but being able to repeat that effect will be the best (unless it's strictly after a disrupt decorum), or if you run effects like blind obedience and thalia
what value are you getting with tiana (besides vows) unless you want to make this into a curse deck... it's not a bad route but I can see that you want to make this more into a forced combat deck
with the cuts i list above, you're just about at the right number of non-land cards

from edhrec: bounty hunter, revel in riches + trove of temptation (could be cute),  xantcha sleeper agent, orzhov advokist, terminate, windborn muse, norn's annex

General Magic / Re: The potential of brawl being great.

This was a good read, thanks for taking some time to jot your thoughts down.

I agree that many players are too quickly looking to bash Brawl for any of the four initial points you listed. That said, I've personally been enjoying the format after purchasing a box of both RIX and DOM when they were released. I understand that this is more of an investment than a lot of other players are willing to give, but this format really rewards people who stay current with the game.

Now, moving forward with the format (especially the upcoming rotation) I think we will see a huge shift in Brawl as we lose Kaladesh and Amonkhet all at the same time. Depending upon the core set that comes out, I think this could severely limit the strategies that actually see play at tables in Brawl, and I hope WOTC has this in mind as to not starve this fledgling format out of existence with the awkward block shift.

22 Lands seems like pushing it, but the curve isn't too high so maybe you're okay. I'm surprised by your inclusion of so many walkers considering it doesn't pump Shanna up too much, but I agree that games do tend to grind out at a 4-player table. I'm interested to see how your results pan out, cool list!

I'm not seeing the synergy with Doubling Chant. Isn't this card a non-bo in EDH? Otherwise the list looks great! I just downsized mine to an Ezuri-led Tiny Leaders list.

Good point! The mainboard of this is cards I actually own with the sideboard being cards I should probably pick-up. Thanks for the suggestion.
