w.r.t. the elders, I think yo should just replace them with cheaper (cmc-wise) cards that still ramp and do it faster w/o the need to sacrifice

I'd cut:
- sakura-tribe elder
- yavimaya elder

because these cards generate value by being repeatedly sacrificed and you're not equipped to do that with this deck

- whipetongue hydra

because it's too narrow. you could run decree of pain, toxic deluge, etc

either of
- hammer of purphoros
- need for speed

I'd throw Angry Omnath back in because he's a house on his own and demands an answer. In general I think you need more board wipes. Maybe rampage of the clans or bane of progress.

Ok, section by section:

Removal:
I'd do something like 10 dedicated spot removal, 5 dedicated board wipes with some other cards that incidentally remove. That removal should favor exile where it can, but keep in mind that ana will do the exile for you w.r.t. creatures, so you can favor creature destruction (or -x/-x) if it's cheaper. With that in mind, remove:
- abrupt decay - it's cool but cmc 3 or less is dumb, and you should just run ass trophy in that slot.
- aura mutation - You're not doing anything with the saprolings, so if you really really want dedicated enchantment removal, I suggest erase
- life's finale - cool budget option, but I don't think the extra exile is really worth it when you could be saving 2 mana on a wrath of god or day of judgement
- oblivion ring - no.
- pernicious deed - very inefficient when you have access to white
- phyrexian scriptures & reclamation sage - you're not abusing their ETB's enough to warrant the extra cost
- sublime exaltation - Once again, a good budget option but WoG or DoJ are better options
- Swords to plowshares - hot take here - you're already exiling on destroys, so why let your opponent's gain life? The 1cmc is nice, but there's also necrotic wound

Ramp:

Needs a lot of work tbh. You have a 3cmc general and not that high of a curve, so I'd suggest you not run any ramp at 3cmc or higher unless it's doing something magical. Chromatic lantern is a great example b/c it's the forever-fixer of mana. Also I don't see the point of throwing the lands into your grave, it just uses up slots and muddles the strategy.

D U N E B L A S T
Aura Sharts

Remove:
- Sol Ring - another hot take, but your general is 3 colored cost, so even if you get this t1, it doesn't help you play her any faster
- Gilded Lotus - are you still going to need ramp at this point? maybe it's good to have ramp at the higher end, but lotus is more useful as a combo piece than ramp. I don't think you're too starved for colors here, so I'd say hedron archive is better b/c it offers you supplemental draw in a pinch.
- Gyre Sage - is a maybe remove. Are you evolving that much? And do you really need so much G that it warrants the inclusion of her over deathcap cultivator or llanowar elves
- Krosan Restorer - I'm on the fence about this one, but I think you can get more consistency.
- Life from the Loam - Go home, you're drunk. This is purely goodstuff in your deck and not even that good. Certainly not worth the pricetag for the effect in this case.
- Realms Uncharted - Why? Just run harrow, and save a mana.
- Sad Robot - you're not abusing ETB's enough to warrant including our somber boi
- splendid reclamation - don't put lands in your grave for this deck and you won't need to get them back
- veteran explorer - he's not going to die before ana comes out most likely and he's symmetrical, so no
- world shaper - no lands in graves!!!!!

Add to Ramp:
- Fellwar stone - basically a signet
- all 3 signets - leaves you open mana for a necrotic wound or soemthing if you cast ana t3
- llanowar elves - let's you cast ana t2
- elvish mystic - ^^^
- thran dynamo - might be better than gilded lotus if you don't need the color
- farseek - not to be fucking trifled with, grabs shocks/fetches so it fixes and ramps
- elves of deep shadow - lets you cast ana on t2
- mind stone/hedron archive/dreamstone hedron - I'd include one of these depending on where you want the ramp
- deathcap cultivator - doesn't let you get ana out faster but fixes nicely and turns into a deathtouch blocker. worth considering.

yes, the dorks are fragile, but you're doing some mass reanimation so I think they fit

Draw/Tutor:
Not NEARLY enough draw and way too much tutor for your deck. This is a value engine, not a deck where you're desperate to assemble a combo, so while tutors are useful for picking up specific removal or finding a finisher, draw will provide you with better consistency, which I think is more important for this deck.

Remove:
- altar's reap - you don't need the sacrifice trigger so you don't run this
- gravestorm - trust me when I say you're never going to cast this
- greater good - are your creatures really that big?
- evolutionary leap - this is just less reliable, repeatable eldritch. there are better sac outlets. get a birthing pod if you really like this effect.
- grisly salvage - this is card parity. the grave filling is nice but not sure it's really draw or tutor
- tooth and nail - if you're playing this, you play it entwined, and if you spend the mana to entwine this, you better win that turn. If you don't have multiple ways to achieve that, cut this.

Add:
- read the fucking bones boi!
- ambitions cost
- night's whispers - these three are just some of the best draw your'e going to get in non-U edh
- skullclamp - you have dorks and shit's gonna be dying left and right
- painful truths - draw 3 for 3. N U T T Y
- Erebos - Meta-relevant, hard to remove, repeatable draw. Alguel's blood fast or greed are decent alternatives

Recursion:

I'll be nice and not do a "remove" section

Dawnbreak Reclaimer - she's a shitty sheoldred. If you want both at that 6cmc slot, run both. Otherwise, just run my whisperin' mistress
Emeria Shepherd - I get that this and the reclaimer fit the theme, but really a 7 drop 4/4 is ASS. And you don't have so many plains that she's gonna be shitting things into the field
Empty the catacombs - fucking love, such synergy, much wow
EWit -  https://articles.edhrec.com/in-the-margins-eternal-witness/
Gruesome Menagerie - I'm going to tap my relic to exile one of the creatures you targeted and then you're going to feel so awkward about that 5 mana
Karmic Guide / Reveillark - these are not such good recursion that you run them unless you're going infinite and winning with it
lifeline - this is fucked, love it

Overall, I like this section. Lots of mass recursion that  you really benefit from. BUT there's too much "back to your hand" IMO. You want things going back to the field b/c you're not shitting so much mana that you can recast everything. Things to include:
- animate dead you mong what is even wrong with you
- liliana, death's majesty - fills the grave, protects herself, returns things
- I'm sure there's more options but I'm blanking here

Protection:

This section is a bit unfocused. What are you protecting yourself from?

I'd suggest:
- selfless spirit - you're trying to get shit back from the bin, yeah?
- Sigarda, Heron's Grace/Shalai, Voice of Plenty - you're gonna need the hexproof
- Avacyn, Angel of Hope - she's big, she's indestructible, she's vigilant, and she's big, what's not to include
- frontline medic - very maybe, but if you're attacking a lot the battalion is nice
- swiftfoot boots - better than the greaves IMO
- aegis of the gods - here's lookin at you sanguine bond
- Thalia, Heretic Cathar - <3
- dragonlord dromoka - he's like if grand abolisher had benjamin button syndrome and was also born as a dragon. He's scary as fuck.
- I'd try to find a way to include some lifegain in the form of one or two cards that'll gain you fuckloads. Once in a while this deck is going to need that. maybe dromoka is that lifegain

Core:
- Ashen Rider - too expensive, just took him out of aminatou
- Identity crisis - I love this card. I love what it does, I love the design, love it all. BUT 6 mana to royally fuck one player is just... not as good as 6 mana to regular fuck the board
- scavenging ooze - the creatures should already be exiled, no need for this
- sun titan - unless you're winning with the sunfiend combo or bouncing him a lot I'm not sure he's worth the slot

My last concern is that there's not a clearly defined way to win with this deck. Maybe you have enough removal and hate to justify that, not sure. Hoof and Co. are great and you should have the board for that to work, so maybe that's enough.

Just off Ana's EDH page, some good options might be:
- Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist
- 3 praetors in one deck scares me, so Elesh Norn seems good
- Athreos seems a bit like a nonbo, but also like you get cards back to hand
